About the artwork
“Little Friend” is a contemporary figurative acrylic painting that explores the subtle relationship between human presence and the natural world. The composition is built around the direct, intense gaze of the female figure, balanced by the small bird positioned as a quiet visual counterpoint. Bold areas of turquoise, orange, cream and deep black create a strong chromatic structure, while expressive brushwork gives the surface energy and movement. The contrast between the monumental portrait and the delicate bird introduces a sense of intimacy, tension and emotional ambiguity. The painting combines expressive figuration with a contemporary painterly language, making it a distinctive statement piece for modern interiors. Original one-of-a-kind artwork. Acrylic on canvas. Size: 80 × 100 cm. Certificate of authenticity included. Free shipping to the United States. The artwork will be securely packed and shipped directly from the artist’s studio in Poland.Medium Details
