Working primarily with acrylic and mixed media on canvas, Radoha combines elements of symbolism, expressionism, and contemporary figurative art. His paintings often contain multiple layers of meaning, inviting viewers to move beyond the surface image and engage with deeper philosophical and emotional questions.
Many of his works address themes of freedom, human dignity, social illusion, childhood memories, music, and the resilience of the human spirit. Through bold color, dynamic composition, and symbolic imagery, he creates paintings that function both as visual stories and as reflections on modern society.
In addition to his artistic practice, Serhii Radoha is actively involved in art education and charitable initiatives that support children’s creativity and cultural development.
His works are held in private collections and are available to collectors worldwide.
Artist Statement
I believe that art should not only decorate a space but also provoke thought, emotion, and dialogue.
My paintings emerge from observations of human behavior, social structures, memories, dreams, and the contradictions of contemporary life. I am interested in the invisible forces that shape our choices, beliefs, and identities.
Through symbolism and visual metaphor, I seek to create works that can be interpreted on multiple levels. Each painting becomes an invitation for the viewer to discover their own meaning and personal connection to the image.
As a Ukrainian artist, I carry within my work the experience of living through uncertainty, transformation, and hope. Rather than providing answers, I aim to create spaces for reflection where imagination, memory, and reality intersect.
For me, painting is a conversation between the visible and the invisible, between individual experience and collective history.
