This artwork is cheaper than I would normally sell such a piece, this is because I was trying something new by recycling (painting over the surface) of mass-manufactured printed canvases. The material that it is painted on isn’t the highest quality but the pigments, strokes and painting are the same high standard you have come to expect!
This sunlit scene of ruins intrigued me because of the worm’s eyed-vie 3-point perspective and cool shadow interplay.
